Why ncr is bad

The NCR is a government of false promises and a citizenship of falsely entitled citizens. They take what they want and dont care who they kill to get it.

They hat the Bos, and make them seem like terrorists. They dont take care of people like the Legion does and dont fight worth a crap the only people in their army that are semi powerful are the rangers. The Brotherhood kills people they see using energy weapons, try to control any working advanced power plants so nobody else can get any power. They're extremely selfish and greedy. BoS would've done the same to the NCR. They dont punish the CC or van graffss, just blackmail them for cheaper deals. Also if you dont make the follows help the ncr, they kick them out of the Mojave. That says alot considering the followers help everyone and thats just because they didnt help NCR. Your with ncr or against them. Hell I helped them out, was Idolized, I went down the house route, they then completely shunned me, for not doing what they want.

So, when the BOS encounter overlarge civilizations they begin destroying them, before they become large enough to expand into another world war.

The BOS has spawned Caesar's Legion as a counter to the NCR, and eventually intends to destroy it before it has a chance to collide with any other growing super power and eventually begin another nuclear war. Small gangs are too weak to develop their own armed forces and cause trouble on a large scale. It's kind of a bleak view of the Human future. An unending future of petty warlords bullying the rest of Humanity into a long uneventful future, but in the BOS's view better a long uneventful future than no future.
